Apollo Home LOVES Its Cincinnati Customers
At Apollo Home, every day is like Valentine’s Day because we love our Greater Cincinnati communities and to serve our customers. Let us share some of the ways we show appreciation for your heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and sewer business.
A Dedication to Customer Service
One of the ways we respect you is to respect your time. Our HVAC technicians, plumbers and electricians arrive on time. If he or she doesn’t arrive within the window you select, we’ll waive the service charge.*
In addition, all of our technicians, plumbers and electricians arrive in Apollo Home uniforms with fully-stocked trucks. All undergo rigorous background checks and are licensed and insured.
We’re proud of our team and want you to know you can be comfortable with them in your home. On top of professional service, we offer peace of mind. We offer complete 100 percent satisfaction with the operation of the equipment and the service Apollo Home provides and you pay for. If you are dissatisfied with our work, we promptly correct the situation and don’t give up until we’ve resolved the issue.
Investment in Team Training and the Community
We firmly believe in team development. In our more technical roles, it means hundreds of hours of technical training throughout their career with us. It’s important because we service and repair any brand of air conditioners, heat pumps, sump pumps, water heaters or electrical panels, for example, in a customer’s home.
After all, technology constantly changes and it’s important our team knows all about it. For our non-technical roles, we challenge our team members to develop as leaders regardless of their responsibilities.
For managerial and training staff, we advocate leadership development through Apollo University so they can support their teams’ success as much as possible. It’s partly why Apollo Home earned “Top Workplace” honors from the Cincinnati Enquirer more than five years in a row.
We know trade jobs aren’t going anywhere. They continue to be in high demand and cannot be outsourced. At the same time, young people incur more education debt without solid career prospects to reduce it.
Enter the Apollo Apprenticeship program. We invest in our community by training young people as well as those wanting a career change or those who’ve completed military service. Successful graduates from our paid training program immediately enter full-time employment with Apollo Home.
Many Apollo Apprenticeship graduates earn a steady income while peers accumulate more debt than practical skills. If you or someone you know is interested in a career in heating and cooling, plumbing or electrical services, reach out to us!
At Apollo Home, we love to support members and organizations within our Cincinnati communities. We often participate in philanthropic efforts and events, particularly those dedicated to veterans, children and those currently serving in our military forces.
The Apollo Care Plan Benefits You
Regular HVAC Maintenance Included
The easiest way to keep your heating and air equipment operating safely and efficiently is to maintain it. In many cases, neglect in this area voids manufacturer warranties, so it’s important to stay current.
The Apollo Care Plan includes two tune-ups each year – one for your heating system and one for your cooling system. The tune-up includes a comprehensive inspection and the technician cleans, lubricates and tests all relevant components.
The Apollo Care Plan also provides discounts on repairs and a dedicated phone number for priority scheduling.
Annual Evaluations to Monitor Your Major Home Systems
In addition, Apollo Care Plan members enjoy an included evaluation each year of their home’s plumbing and electrical systems. These visits are a great time to have a professional look at these systems you depend on for safety and comfort every day.
If you have any questions about how your equipment works or if you have concerns, these visits are perfect. Curious about how to maintain your sump pump? Wondering if your holiday lights would benefit from additional weatherproof electrical outlets?
Ask our professionals! We’re here to share our expertise so you feel more comfortable with your heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and sewage systems.

"Ernie & Mike did a superb job on my new furnace and A/C installation. Despite having more than a day’s work to do, they came in and stayed until the job was done. They were organized, efficient, and protected the rest of the house well. Got both furnace and A/C installed the same day. Ernie was courteous, informative, and clearly knew his job better than anyone I’ve encountered before. The units look so good guests now get The Tour of our new system. Apollo is clearly not a fly-by-night company. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a new furnace and/or A/C."

"I called Apollo because of a water leak I thought I had in our upstairs shower going into the kitchen. Robbie came and assured me everything was fine & looked at all the other plumbing. He ended up changing a few pipes for our washer & clearing a drain. He was very nice & knowledgeable with all my questions. I ended up signing up for the care plan & was very happy with my service."

"The team at Apollo exceeded my expectations. As a business owner, my attention to the details and commitment to providing excellent service is high. From the sales rep. to the installation team, everyone’s performance was outstanding. For example, the installation team went to great lengths to protect our floors, placing floor runners and across the wood floors and up the stairs. They even were spot washing walls upon their departure. I highly recommend this company."

"We scheduled an estimate AND a tune-up. We knew something was wrong with our furnace, but hoped we could make it through the rest of the season. Upon telling Bill what our furnace was doing, he warned us immediately what the possible outcome was going to be; a cracked heat exchanger. He watched the flames roll backward, tested carbon monoxide levels, which were so high they meter’s last reading was 5,600 before saying “high”. He immediately shut it down, tagged it, and explained that with levels that high and children in our home he wanted off right away. He continued his inspection and showed us via a camera that not only was it cracked in multiple places, but had holes all over it. He gave us a few options for repairing it; his knowledge as well as genuine concern was beneficial and refreshing. Luckily we also scheduled an estimator, Micah, to come too and we were able to get costs between repairing and replacing (with several options). We decided to replace with a much higher efficiency furnace and one sized properly to our home. Hands down, not only did they both provide us great service and knowledge, but without sounding dramatic, they may have saved our lives. This was our first time calling Apollo, but it won’t be our last."

"Apollo is an excellent company. I always receive great service. Alex A. was professional and friendly. He kept me informed during the process of checking my furnace and heat pump to make sure they were working properly. The company makes sure you are notified who is coming and when they are on the way. All my interactions with the company have been wonderful."
